Introduction
to the water for infants and parents (ages 6 months to 2 ½ years).
One half (½) hour class for 8 weeks.
|

Water
adjustment with parents. Ages 2 ½ to 5 years. Children attend
this class once a week for 8 weeks. Class size is limited.

 |
Water
adjustment and basic swimming skills. 20 minutes instruction, 10
minutes play time. 8 week program for children 3 to 5 years of age.
Class size limited.

 |
Begins with survival techniques in emergency situations in or around the water. One 45 minute class once a week for 8 weeks. Class size limited.

 |
Mini
survival or instructor permission is a prerequisite. 45 minute class
once a week for 8 weeks.

Class Fee is $10.00 per Session

(Beginners,
Advanced Beginners, Intermediate & Swimmers) For children 5 years
of age and up (Proof of age required for 5 year olds). Monday and Wednesday classes meet twice a week for 5 weeks. Saturday classes once a week for 10 weeks.

Must be 15 years or older with good swimming ability. Fees include CPR,
first aid and textbooks. Requires a Club membership
plus class fee of $110.00 or $150 for non members. (includes CPR, first aid and textbooks).
Fall and Spring sessions available. Classes must meet minimum enrollment of 5 students. Sign up at the Red Cross Registration Day. Runs
10/2/08– 12/11/08. Also will have a session from Feb. 12th, 2009 - Apr. 30th, 2009, Thursday’s 6:30-9:30pm.

Competitive/recreational team sport for swimmers up to the age of 18.
Must be able to complete a swim test. Requires a B.C.R.C. membership

Early Bird Lap Swim - Adult swim for the serious swimmer.
Begins September 8th.

Aquatic workout including aerobics, toning
& stretching. Beginner & intermediate
levels. Swimming ability is not necessary.
